Dear Honorable Fried,

My name is Matt Winick from Ann Arbor, Michigan and I have a strong interest in learning history including social justice. In these subjects, I like to learn the need for civil rights to be stronger to reduce discrimination, protect the environment from pollution,  have criminal justice reform to help protect people’s rights while reduce crime, and many others. Honorable Fried, the main reason I’m writing you a letter is to explain how I find your work when you served as Associate Justice of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and as a moderate Republican to be very inspiring me.

When you served as Associate Justice of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court from 1995-1999, I truly appreciated on how you were a strong supporter of civil rights by advocating for people with disabilities’ rights, pushing for strict sentencing for people who commit hate-crime to help protect minorities including people who are different, and expressing the need for civil rights to be stronger to help protect women, minorities, and people with disabilities from being discriminated.  Supporting drug treatment programs to help drug users get the care they need to reduce drug abuse, working with law enforcement resources including the court system to expand programs to help victims of crime or victims of domestic violence get help on dealing with their trauma,  and heavily express for community service to help non-violent offenders including non violent juveniles rehabilitate so they won’t re-offend is common sense for criminal justice reform.  Also on civil liberties, I like on how you support protecting civil liberties like the fourth amendment to help protect people from unreasonable searches and expressing the importance of protecting voter’s rights from being weakened.  Also in your role as a moderate Republican I like on how you are a continuous strong supporter of civil rights including people with disabilities’ rights, advocate for the need for immigration reform to help protect immigrants including refugees from being oppressed, support the need for environmental protection to reduce pollution, express the need for criminal justice reform, and many others. During the 2008 Presidential election, I liked on how you had the courage to endorse Barack Obama, a Democrat when he was running for president due to the GOP getting too extreme. Also I like on how you testified in the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee to defend The Affordable Care Act, President Obama’s health care reform law from being weakened because I like on how you express the importance for people with pre-existing conditions from being denied.  During the 2016 presidential election and currently I’m proud on how you had the courage to not support Donald Trump due to Donald Trump using extreme views, being heavily against people with disabilities’ rights,  abusing his powers as President of the U.S., and many others.

Honorable Fried, I have autism with a learning disability. Having a disability is hard for me because I have trouble comprehending on learning different advance subjects, sometimes I struggle to communicate my thoughts, and get teased.  Your commitment to be a strong supporter of civil rights including people with disabilities’ rights really inspires me to work hard on my disability.  Your role as a former Associate Justice of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and as a moderate Republican gives me motivation to continue to learn history including social justice.  My future goal is to someday work in these areas to emphasize the need for civil rights to be stronger to reduce discrimination, protect the environment from pollution,  have criminal justice reform to help protect people’s rights while reduce crime, and many others. My letter is a gift to you for inspiring me and to thank you for having the courage to stand up for common sense principles when the GOP gets too extreme.

I strongly believe that you made a great difference when you served in public service.  I’m very proud on how you are working hard to support civil rights, push for criminal justice reform, and other common sense ideas. I’m proud on how you use your role as a moderate Republican to advocate for common sense ideas and stand up when the GOP gets too extreme. You have inspire me to work hard on my disability, learn about your work, and continue to learn history including social justice. My name is Matt Winick from Ann Arbor, Michigan and I have a strong interest in learning history, social justice, diversity, and environmental protection. In these subjects or core values I like to learn the need to make civil rights stronger to reduce discrimination, protect the environment from pollution, have diversity to accept people who are different or come from a different background, improve education reform to make learning a better tool, and many others. Chancellor Wilcox, the main reason I’m writing you a letter is to explain how I find your work as 9^th Chancellor of University of California Riverside to be very inspiring to me.

In your current role as 9^th Chancellor of University of California Riverside, I truly appreciate on how you are a strong supporter of civil rights causes by advocating for people with disabilities’ rights and expressing the need for civil rights to be stronger to help protect minorities, women, and people with disabilities from being discriminated.  Also to improve civil rights, I like on how you work on creating educational awareness to teach people about the need to reduce bully along with importance of inclusion.  To improve on diversity, I like on how you work on hiring women, minorities, and people with disabilities to work for the college and support educational awareness about the need for diversity including accept people who are different or come from a different background.  Supporting accommodations to help students with disabilities like extra time on exams or use educational software to help improve comprehension, expanding tutoring services to provide students with help on their assignments from tutors,  implementing more liberal arts, arts, humanities, history, and basic classes to make education diverse along with make more opportunities for students to find subjects that they want to learn are great ways to improve education reform.   Another thing that I like about your work as Chancellor of the University of California Riverside is how you expand on more research programs to help students get engage to learn how different topics can make a great difference for society, push for more scholarships to help low income students or minorities get assistance on getting into college or affording supplies, and heavily express the need to reduce high tuition cost to help students from paying high costs in order to get into a college.  Besides your work as Chancellor of the University of California Riverside, I like on how you are a continuous strong supporter of civil rights causes, advocate for environmental protection to reduce pollution, push for more funds for arts to help students including the community to understand along with learn about arts play a role in society, emphasize the need for more liberal arts in colleges, and express the need for immigration reform to help protect immigrants, dreamers, and refugees from being oppressed.

Dear Ms. Miles,

My name is Matt Winick, an Asian American and I’m a fan of your acting. My favorite tv show that you are currently playing in is All Rise. All Rise is a great tv show about judges, prosecutors, and public defenders in a courthouse in Los Angeles where they deal with cases. Ms. Miles, I think that you do such an excellent job portraying as Judicial Assistant Sherri Kansky because I like on how you made her have different unique traits like being resourceful at understanding how the court system works and helping Judge Lola Carmichael to understand how they court system works along with help her when she deals with challenges in the judicial system. Also what I like about Judicial Assistant Kansky is how she works hard to put her differences with Judge Carmichael in order to work together.  So far I enjoy watching All Rise because it does an excellent job showing the need for criminal justice reform and how the court system works.

Besides your acting career, I like on how you use your role as an Asian American to  be an activist to help the Asian American community by advocating for Asian American’s rights including Asian American with disabilities’ rights,  expressing the need for more funds to help repair the Asian American communities,  and heavily support the need for educational awareness to help educate people about Asian American culture. Ms. Miles, I have autism with a learning disability. Having a disability is hard for me because I have trouble comprehending on learning different advance subjects, sometimes I struggle to communicate my thoughts, and get teased.  Also being an Asian American with a disability is difficult for me due to some Asians including some Asian Americans get judgmental about me being different or not meeting their standards.  Your role as Judicial Assistant Kansky  and your activism on supporting people with disabilities’ rights cause really inspires me to work hard on my disability. Also your role as an Asian American on supporting Asian American causes including Asian American with disabilities’ rights helps give me some confidence to be an Asian American when I face challenges.

I strongly believe that you are a very talented actress. You do such an excellent job making your character have different unique traits. You have inspire me to work hard on my disability, be a fan of the show, and continue to be an Asian American. Thanks for taking the time to read my letter, doing an excellent job making a great difference, and inspiring me. Please continue to do well on All Rise season 1.

My name is Matt Winick an Asian American and I’m a fan of your work as a singer. On Youtube I enjoy hearing you sing different songs in your own version from different artist like Dreams The Cranberries,  Bruno Mars Just The Way You Are, and many others. Some of my favorite songs that you made were Jailcard, Yellow Light, Firefly, and many others. What I like about your singing is how you make the lyrics creative and have a balance of music while singing the song.  Also in some of your songs I like on how you  have some symbolisms like the need for friendships when times are hard, its okay to cry when things are hard in life, and the need to find life, and other symbolisms.  Also on Youtube I enjoy watching the Q+A videos to learn more about you. Besides your singing career, I like on how you are an activist on supporting civil rights including people with disabilities’ rights causes to reduce discrimination and heavily support the need for funds to help make that arts including entertainment be diverse along with make society unique in different ways. Also I like on how you use your role as an Asian American to help advocate for Asian American’s rights including Asian American with disabilities’ rights, express the need for educational awareness to help educate people about Asian including Asian American culture, and heavily advocate for the importance of repairing the Asian American communities.

Having a disability is hard for me because I have trouble comprehending  on learning different advance subjects, sometimes I struggle to communicate my thoughts, and get teased.  Another thing that I struggle with friendships is when some peers of my friends get judgmental or bully which results in my friends not being friends or caring about their popularity.  Your commitment to be strong supporter of civil rights including people with disabilities’ rights causes really inspires me to work hard on my disability. Also being an Asian American with a disability is difficult for me when some Asians including some Asian Americans get judgmental about me being different or not meeting their standards. However, your role as an Asian American and being an advocate for Asian American with disabilities helps give me some confidence about being an Asian American when I have challenges.

I strongly believe that you are making a great difference for society.  You are a very talented singer and you make songs come alive with creativity along with some symbolisms. You have inspire me to work hard on my disability, be a fan of your music along with watching your Youtube channel, and have some confidence when I have challenges as an Asian American. I was wondering if you could write on a sheet of paper some advice for me when I have some challenges. I have provided you with a small donation for you to use the help fund your cause or help the Asian American community.  Thanks for taking the time to read my letter, working hard to make a great difference, and inspiring me.
