Dear Mr. Bakula,

My name is Matt Winick and I am a fan of your acting in two t.v. shows which are Quantum Leap and NCIS: New Orleans.   I enjoyed watching Quantum Leap because I liked the plot Dr. Sam Beckett who leaps in different time travel to correct mistakes in history where he is allied by Admiral Al Calavicci to help him get to his present time.  I thought you did an excellent job playing Dr. Sam Beckett because I liked on how you made Dr. Sam Beckett be committed to help his friend Al and working to find ways to make history right when there are challenges. I really enjoyed watching season1-5 of the show because I liked on how your character explored different characters in the historical eras.   After Quantum Leap ended, I got excited when you decided to play in NCIS: New Orleans. In NCIS: New Orleans,  I think you really do such a great job playing NCIS Senior Special Agent Dwayne Cassius Pride because I like  on how you expand his traits like examining different evidence to understand a case, have the commitment to work with the rest of the team when they have differences or have different theories related to a case,  and many others.  Another thing that I liked about your character is how NCIS Senior Special Agent Dwayne Cassius Pride is close friends with NCIS Jethro Gibbs where they work together on cases.  I really like watching season 1-2 and I’m also really excited to see season 3 of it.

Your character Dr. Sam Beckett, the tv show Quantum Leap, and watching the episodes of Quantum Leap got me really inspired to continue my interest in learning history and calling history to be one of my favorite subjects.  In history, I like to learn the need to advance on Civil Rights, protect the environment, learn not to repeat the same mistakes in the past, and many others. Also what I like to learn about history is to study famous people’s life including their work to learn how their ideas, work, and overcome different challenges to make an impact.  Mr. Bakula, I have Autism with a learning disability. Having a disability is hard for me because I have trouble comprehending on learning different subjects, sometimes I struggle to communicate my thoughts, and get teased. History is a great subject for me because it helps me learn that when there are challenges there can be ways to make a difference.  Your role in Quantum Leap on working hard to overcome different challenges and NCIS: New Orleans where your character works hard to make team work together when there are challenges motivates me to learn the need for friendship, continue to work hard when there are challenges, and understand the need for teamwork.

I strongly believe that you made Quantum Leap a great show including your character. Also I am very proud on how you are continue acting and working hard to make NCIS: New Orleans a great tv show. You have inspired me to work hard on my disability, continue my interest in history, be a fan of you, and be proud to call NCIS: New Orleans one of my favorite tv show. Here is a picture of me as a gift to you to keep for inspiring me. Thanks for taking the time to read my letter, making tv shows including your character, and inspiring me. I wish you well to continue to film season 3 of NCIS: New Orleans.

Sincerely,

Matt Winick
