Dear Ms. Drescher,

My name is Matt Winick from Ann Arbor, Michigan and I’m a fan of your acting. My favorite tv show that you played in was Nanny. Nanny was a great comedy drama about  Fran Fine, who use to be a fashion queen is a now a nanny for Maxwell Sheffield’s family. Ms. Drescher, I thought you did an excellent job making Fran Fine a great character because I liked on how you made her have different unique traits like caring about Maxell’s children (Maggie, Brighton, and Grace)  when the face different challenges,  having a sense of humor, using her street smart ability to help her solve problems, and many others. Also what I liked about Fran Fine was on how she would have an a funny accent and do some slap stick.  I enjoyed watching season 1 through 6 of Nanny because I like seeing how Ms. Fran Fine would grow to work hard  to improve herself, continuing her loyalty to Maxell along with his children, and many others. Another thing that I liked about The Nanny was how it focuses on the importance for friendships when there are challenges, how there can be solutions to problems, and many others.

Besides your acting career, I like on how you are an activist on supporting civil rights including people with disabilities’ rights causes to reduce discrimination,  advocating for the need for health care reform to help people with pre-existing conditions or who can’t afford health care get the care they need, and raising money to help funds research to combat against different disease like cancer and AIDS. Also on your activism I like on how you are an advocate for environmental protection causes to reduce pollution and support women’s rights to have healthcare. Ms. Drescher, I have autism with a learning disability.  Having a disability is hard for me because I have trouble comprehending on learning different advance subjects, sometimes I struggle to communicate my thoughts, and get teased. Another thing that I struggle with a disability is when some friends including some peers of them get judgmental about me being different which results in me losing friends.  Your advocacy with support for civil rights including people with disabilities’ rights causes really inspires me to work hard on my disability. Also your role as Fran Fine in Nanny gives me some motivation to try to understand how friendships works,  learn how a sense of humor along with creativity can make a great difference, and  to continue to work hard on my disability.

I strongly believe that you are a very talented actress and comedian. You really do such an excellent job making your characters including Fran Fine have different unique traits. Your activism to make a great impact on society is inspiring and common sense.  You have inspire me to work hard on my disability,  try to learn how friendship works, understand the importance of having a sense of humor while have creativity, and be a fan of your work. I was wondering if you could please take the time to answer some of my questions.  Here is a small donation for you to use for your cause.  Thanks for taking the time to read my letter,  doing an excellent job making a great difference, and inspiring me. Please continue to make a great difference and inspiring many people like me.

Sincerely,

Matt Winick
