Dear Mr. Schlatter,

My name is Matt Winick and I’m a fan of your acting. My favorite tv show that you played in was Diagnosis Murder. Diagnosis Murder was a great tv show about Dr. Mark Sloan, a physician who is also a police consultant where he works with his son Detective Steve Sloan and other of his colleagues to solve different cases. Mr. Schlatter, you do such an excellent job portraying as Dr. Jesse Travis because I liked on how you made him have different unique traits like caring about patients who struggle in life, learning how to improve himself when he faces different challenges, team up with Dr. Mark Sloan, Detective Steve Sloan, and medical examiner Amanda Bentley to solve different cases, and many others. Also what I liked about your character Dr. Jesse Travis was how he had a sense of humor, working with his mentor Dr. Mark Sloan on learning how to be a better doctor while a better person, and continues his friendship along with partnership with Dr. Mark Sloan, Detective Steve Sloan, and medical examiner Amanda Bentley when they have different methods.  Another reason I liked Diagnosis Murder was how Dr. Mark Sloan, Detective Steve Sloan, Dr. Jesse Travis, and medical examiner Amanda Bentley would have different techniques on solving different cases like analyzing evidence, reviewing witness statements, and exploring different theories.  Also I enjoy watching some cartoons that you voiced in which was Justice League Action and Bratz. I like on how you made the Flash have a sense of humor while teaming up with members of the Justice League to fight crime.

Besides your acting career, I truly appreciate on how you are a strong supporter of civil rights including people with disabilities’ rights causes to reduce discrimination. Mr. Schlatter, I have autism with a learning disability. Having a disability is hard for me because I have trouble comprehending on learning different advance subjects, sometimes I struggle to communicate my thoughts, and get teased.  Also another thing that I struggle with a disability is when I have difficulty maintaining friendships where I lose friends due to some friends, some peers of them, and adults get judgmental about me being different from them or have a disability. Sometimes I struggle to understand life when it gets challenge when I want to find ways to improve myself. Your commitment to be a strong supporter of civil rights including people with disabilities’ rights causes really inspires me to work hard on my disability.   Also your character Dr. Jesse Travis in Diagnosis Murder and Flash in Justice League Action helps give me some motivation to find different methods to improve myself when there are challenges,  learn the importance of teamwork including friendships, and many others.

I strongly believe that you are a very talented actor. You did such an excellent job making Dr. Jesse Travis a great character with different unique traits. You truly inspire me to work hard on my disability,  be a fan of your acting, and continue to learn different methods to improve myself when there are challenges. Thanks for taking the time to read my letter, working hard to make a great difference, and inspiring me.

Sincerely,

Matt Winick
