Dear Mr. Freeman,

My name is Matt Winick and I enjoy watching you act in movies. Mr. Freeman I think that you are a very talented actor. My favorite movies that you played in are Glory, Kiss The Girls, Along Came The Spider, Bruce Almighty, The Shawshank Redemption, The Sum of All Fear, RED, The Lego Movie, Batman Begins, and Last Vegas. Last year I saw Last Vegas and I really enjoy the movie. What I liked about Last Vegas was you pairing with Michael Douglass, Robert De Niro, and Kevin Kline to make your characters fun and humorous.  Last Vegas really had a great story about four childhood friends reuniting and repairing their friendship. I hope there is a sequel to Last Vegas because it was a great movie and I enjoy the main characters. Besides watching your movies I enjoy watching you narrate documentaries. I am a community college student at Washtenaw Community College and I like to study history and other subjects. The reason I like to study history is to learn not to repeat the same mistakes, the need for Civil Rights to protect people who are different from discrimination, work on new ideas, and to learn along with recognize gender, minorities, people with disabilities, people with different sexual orientation, immigrants, and famous people who work hard to make a difference in our country. I use to not be interested in watching documentary because of the motivation from the movie until you Mr. Freeman started to narrate documentary. Your narration in documentary really inspires me to learn more about different subjects especially history. I like watching the documentary Civil War and I really liked the narration part on Frederick Douglass and I thought you did a great job because it helped me understand what Frederick Douglass was like during the time period. Also I’m starting to watch Nova and really like your work on narrating science. I look forward to watch more movies of you acting or even narrating. Mr. Freeman thank you for inspiring me to learn and to be motivated to learn history through you’re acting in historical movies or narrating a documentary. Keep the good work. Thank you for taking the time to read this letter.

Sincerely,

Matthew Winick
